1. Party bookings are subject to our House Policy and Privacy policy
2. A $250 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must be paid in order to confirm the Party Booking. We DO NOT issue refunds for kids who do not come on the day of the party. The final balance will be due on the Tuesday before the party.
3. No outside food or drink is allowed (cake permitted)
4. Staff will not be responsible for serving food, or cutting cake. Please speak with our staff about dietary requirements.
5. You may bring your own cake and decorations for the party! The cake must be NUT FREE, and we do not allow ice cream cake.
6. If you have decorations to prepare, you may arrive up to 15 minutes early. For decorations, we only allow Blue Tack to be used on our walls.
7. If you would like to stay longer than two hours, there is the option to extend your party for $15 per child per hour. Alternatively, individual families will pay this price when they decide to leave.
