We can’t wait to welcome our little friends, old and new, into the magical world of interactive play.
Here’s what you need to know.
Opening Hours
We will be open during normal hours for school term
- Monday – Thursday: 9am – 4pm
- Friday – Sunday: 9am – 5pm
Conditions of Entry
Vaccinations
All guests eligible for a vaccine must be able to show proof that they are fully vaccinated. There are 2 ways to show proof of your vaccinations:
- Your COVID-19 digital certificate which shows proof of only your COVID-19 vaccinations that you can add to a digital wallet.
- Your immunisation history statement which lists your COVID-19 vaccinations and all other vaccinations.

Check In using service NSW QR code
All guests will be required to check in using the Service NSW app and QR code.
Temperature checks and hand sanitiser.
Reception staff will be performing temperature checks on all guests prior to entry. Any guests who are showing signs of a fever will not be able to enter the premises.
All guests will be asked to sanitise their hands on entry. Free hand sanitizer will be provided at the front desk at throughout the venue.
How we are helping to stop the spread
Capacity Limits
We will be carefully controlling our venue capacity to ensure that we maintain an average density of 8sqm per person – double what is required by public health orders.
Please check the venue capacity indicator on our site before you visit us.
Masks
All guests aged 12 years or older must wear a face mask unless eating or drinking. All staff will be wearing masks.
